Adding Items To Your
Cart: Many items can now be purchased online by adding items to
your shopping cart. Many items have custom options such as color, size, etc... to purchase two of the same item with different
options, add them to your cart separately. Some customizations and options add additional cost, this will be notated on the
item's page. If an item does not have an "add to cart" button please email us for more info on ordering these items or with custom requests not available online.
Mailed check or money order accepted for
any item.
Credit cards accepted viaPayPal, by phone, or through the PayPal option on the shopping cart. A PayPal account is not required for Credit Card transactions through the
shopping cart. If you would like to set up a PayPal account, you may do so for free at http://www.paypal.com. PayPal payments should be sent to recipient pyrate.leatherworx@gmail.com
Please Do NOT send cash. We will not be
responsible for payments lost in the mail. Checks and Money Orders are traceable and can be replaced.
Kansas Residents- please include 8% sales
tax.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Most
products are made after they are ordered, and not kept in stock due to the custom nature of many of our items. Show schedules and special orders can keep us busy so it is best to email before ordering if you have a
deadline. If you need something right away, always feel free to inquire! Rush charges may apply.
For Custom & RUSH Orders: Please Email Prior To Ordering. Let us know what items you need, size, color, design, etc... We will let you know if
the item is in stock or confirm costs for custom orders and combined shipping. Since everything is made by hand and we also
have to supply items for our shop at various events; all orders are subject to approval and hence may not be available for
prompt delivery. Feel free to include your phone number we’ll be glad to call you back. Email should be sent to: pyratetradingco@gmail.com we will respond as soon as possible, sometimes, especially on weekends we are traveling to events and do not
have immediate access to email, thanks for your patience.
Shipping costs vary We will use the best
shipping option available based on the items you order. If you are
ordering more than one item we can often combine shipping and offer reduced costs. Smaller items like coin pouches and Eyepatches
are shipped via USPS Priority Mail starting at $4.85. Hats and larger or heavier items are normally Shipped via
UPS ground and include insurance and delivery confirmation. We will be happy to ship items internationally however, International
orders must email first for shipping costs. Due to the nature of international shipping and customs shipping costs
vary greatly and, insurance and/or delivery confirmation may not be available.
Rush Charges. Unless we have the requested
item in stock; rush charges mayapply to orders needed within two
to six weeks. Rush orders depend on the complexity of the order and other factors. Rush orders MUST be approved in advance
since time constraints must be taken into consideration. Additional shipping costs may also apply for expedited shipping methods
such as overnight or two-day shipping.
Gift Certificates are available in $5
increments in amounts from $15 to $100. Recipient will be responsible for sales taxes if applicable. Certificates can only
be redeemed for merchandise, change is not given. Certificates cannot be redeemed or returned for cash. Certificate can be
mailed or emailed to the purchaser or recipient and can include a gift message. We request that certificates be used within
one year of the issue date.
Returns We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you
are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what
